Selecting the right nozzle for a welder’s preferred ‘nozzle to tip relationship’ on a MIG gun is generally based on the application and the welder’s daily welding routine.

- Two-piece nozzle design - nozzle housing threads onto the nozzle insulator

- Nozzle housing and nozzle insulator sold separately

- Machined from a solid copper alloy bar that assures consistent dimensional stability and efficient dissipation of heat.

- A separate nozzle insulator is used to thread onto the conductor tube and provide insulation to the nozzle.

- Used in medium to heavy duty welding application up to 450 amperes.
